Tumbling, or vibratory de-burring, is an economical method of removing imperfections that occur during manufacturing. The process gently smooths edges and removes residual imperfections that could impact the final assembly of the product.
Blasting
Media blasting is another method of removing imperfections that occur during manufacturing. It also is an excellent way to achieve a non-reflective matte finish for your anodize spec requirement. This finish is performed with a Gibson Spinner hanger cabinet with a maximum length capacity of 22". Parts must be racked during the process. Call for pricing and specific details.
